We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and relationship-focused Marketing & Community Growth Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can comfortably move between strategy, creativity, communication and relationship-building, while keeping the Inside Out culture at the heart of everything they do. Someone who can develop a marketing plan, build meaningful community connections, celebrate our team's successes, create engaging content and help tell the Inside Out story in a way that genuinely resonates with children, families and referral partners.

Inside Out Therapy is a growing, multidisciplinary allied health organisation with a big heart and an even bigger goal - to provide quality, meaningful and authentic support to children, teens, adults and families who are Neurodivergent.

We currently have clinics across Burpengary, Kallangur, and Zillmere with a passionate team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors and Allied Health Assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the growth objectives of Inside Out Therapy
- Manage and strengthen the Inside Out brand across all locations and communication channels
- Create, coordinate and oversee digital marketing campaigns, content and promotional activities
- Manage social media presence, digital communications and community engagement initiatives
- Coordinate website content, updates and continuous improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with GPs, schools, specialists, support coordinators, community organisations and other key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase community awareness and grow referral pathways
- Coordinate attendance at community events, expos, workshops and networking opportunities
- Develop engaging content that reflects the values, culture and impact of Inside Out Therapy
- Work closely with clinical and leadership teams to showcase services, programs and success stories




- Monitor marketing performance and provide reporting on key metrics and outcomes
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure activities deliver measurable value and return on investment
- Support recruitment marketing, employer branding and workforce attraction initiatives
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client experience and improve community engagement
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, service launches and expansion opportunities
- Ensure all marketing activities align with organisational values, ethical standards and relevant compliance requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to strategic planning and future growth opportunities

About You:

- Experience in a Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Communications Manager, Business Development or similar marketing role, 2+ years preferred.
- Experience within allied health, healthcare, disability, community services or another people-focused industry will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
- A creative mindset combined with strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence analysing marketing data and translating insights into action
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- An ability to see the big picture while still noticing the little things
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and community partners
- A genuine passion for helping organisations grow while staying true to their values
- The ability to work independently while also being an enthusiastic team player
- A strong understanding of professionalism, confidentiality and brand representation
- A sense of humour, because we take our work seriously, but we definitely don't take ourselves too seriously!
- Experience in allied health would be highly regarded, but culture fit, relationship-building ability and your passion for helping us grow our impact are just as important to us.
