Holicare is seeking a proactive Quality & Risk Officer to support quality, compliance, safety and continuous improvement across our services. You will monitor quality management systems, manage risks, support incident/compliance management and coordinate audits for ongoing accreditation.
You will drive improvements, prepare reports, maintain records, and provide guidance to staff and managers on quality, risk, and compliance matters to enhance person-centred care.
