The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Digital Marketing & Member Engagement Coordinator to join our team.
Known internally as a Club Buddy, you'll become the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of club clients, helping them plan, execute and optimise their member communication strategies.

This is far more than an administrative marketing role. You'll build genuine client relationships, work with data to identify opportunities, create targeted campaigns and help clubs engage and grow their membership communities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of club and hospitality clients
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns
- Use member data and segmentation to build campaign audiences
- Assist with campaign planning, automation and communication journeys
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement




- Create simple marketing content and artwork using Canva
- Provide training and support to clients using the TalkBox platform
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, data, design and systems teams
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines and client requests simultaneously

What We're Looking For
You may have experience in marketing, CRM, customer engagement, communications or a similar field.
We're looking for someone who brings:

- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Confidence working directly with clients
- Experience using email marketing, SMS or CRM platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data handling skills
- Experience using Canva or similar design software
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments and genuinely cares about delivering great outcomes for clients.

Highly Regarded

- Club, hospitality or membership-based industry experience
- Loyalty or member engagement experience
- TalkBox, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms
- Campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Experience with gaming or membership systems
