- Senior Specialist Psychologist - $146,281 - $154,889 pa

Your role

Join the psychology team at Wellington Correctional Centre, where you'll provide clinical leadership, influence rehabilitation outcomes and support the delivery of high-quality psychological services for people in custody. Working with diverse and complex presentations, you'll mentor and develop psychologists, contribute to evidence-based practice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safer communities.

What You'll Do
n
Every day,
you'll provide clinical leadership that supports rehabilitation and contributes to safer communities. You'll lead high-quality psychological services, oversee complex assessments and interventions, and provide expert advice on high-risk and complex cases.
n
As a Senior Psychologist, you'll mentor and supervise psychologists, build workforce capability and promote evidence-based practice.
n
As a Senior Specialist Psychologist, you'll provide advanced clinical consultation, contribute to clinical governance and lead service improvement initiatives.
n

You're an experienced psychologist who is passionate about supporting positive change and rehabilitation outcomes. You bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex presentations with confidence.

You thrive in collaborative environments, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and are committed to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence and developing others.
