Amazon is seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to serve as the Site WHS Manager for the Melbourne site. You will partner with the Operations Team to execute WHS policies, lead continuous improvement to reduce ergonomic and conditional risks, and drive site-wide programs in alignment with regional targets.

You will lead a team of WHS professionals, develop leadership plans, provide feedback, and ensure completion of core competencies.
