The opportunity:





You are the face and voice of Sure Insurance and will be the primary point of contact for all Direct Debit and Payment issues for direct Clients, to retain business, including policy payment maintenance, and online assistance as well as the following:

Changing payment methods (email inbox)

Ongoing date changes

Checking if payments received (FZ and BPAY's)

About You:

Insurance experience preferable but not mandatory

An eager approach to Excellence

A go-getter attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders.

A team player who wants to learn and grow with the business.

Results driven – able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work autonomously and achieve team results.
