We're looking for anexperienced, hands‐on Chiller Warehouse Supervisorto join our Ravenhall operation.

n

This role requires someone whoknows warehouse operations, knows how to lead people and can confidently take ownership of a busy shift. You'll be responsible for leading our chiller team and ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard every day.

The Opportunity

n

As Chiller Warehouse Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day‐to‐day operation of the chiller function, leading your team to deliver against safety, productivity, quality and service expectations.

n

You'll need to be visible on the floor, understand what valuable warehouse performance looks like and be comfortable making decisions, managing workflow and holding your team accountable.

n

This is a genuine operational leadership role suited to someone withproven warehouse supervisory experiencewho can step in and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee day‐to‐day operations within our chilled warehouse environment
n
- Manage staffing, workflow, rostering and labour allocation across the shift
n
- Lead, coach and develop team members and drive strong performance
n
- Monitor productivity and ensure SLA and operational targets are achieved
n
- Track KPIs and actively manage labour costs, including overtime
n
- Lead pre‐starts and maintain a strong, visible safety culture
n
- Ensure food safety, quality and operational processes are consistently followed
n
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to keep the shift running smoothly
n




- Hold team members accountable for performance, safety and process compliance
n
- Escalate issues where required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Demonstrated experience leading a team within a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment
n
- Previous experience as aWarehouse Supervisor, Shift Supervisor or experienced Team Leader
n
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labour planning, workflow and productivity
n
- Experience working with warehouse systems (WMS) and operational KPIs
n
- The confidence and leadership capability to manage people, set expectations and address performance issues
n
- A hands‐on leadership style – you're comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front
n
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills
n
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and keep a busy operation moving
n
- Flexibility with working hours and availability to support operational requirements across different shifts when required
n
- A strong focus on safety, service, quality and accountability
n
- Experience withinchilled, cold-chain, food or FMCG environments will be highly regarded
n
- Forklift licence and/or HACCP knowledge will be desirable
n
