We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative department.

This is a full-time position based in Padstow, NSW, offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in graphic design.

This position is integral to our creative output and provides the perfect platform to develop your design skills whilst making a meaningful impact on our projects.

Key responsibilities

- Create and design visual content in line with design briefs for custom orders
- Prepare digital and print-ready artwork, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator to create content for social media and promotional campaigns
- Maintain organised file systems and documentation for all design projects and assets
- Stay current with design trends, tools and industry best practices
- Support the creative team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables

What we're looking for





- Qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (degree, diploma or equivalent experience considered)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Excellent visual communication skills and an eye for detail, layout and typography
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and take constructive feedback
- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of both print and digital design requirements
- Enthusiasm for design, creativity and a passion for continuous learning
