About the Role

This is an exciting prospect to join the Precision Aviation Group Australia sales team and play a key role in keeping aircraft flying across Australia, New Zealand, PNG and the South Pacific.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll manage the sales process from quote through to delivery, build strong customer relationships and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and support.

You’ll work closely with our Component Services and Engine Services MRO facilities to promote PAG’s local capabilities and deliver the right solutions for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, customer-focused, proactive and motivated by results. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your aviation knowledge, build valuable industry relationships and make a genuine difference to our customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships by understanding customer priorities, anticipating future needs, and positioning solutions that support retention, growth, and exceptional customer experience.

- Actively planning, managing, and growing the sales pipeline by tracking upcoming opportunities, forecasting customer demand, prioritising follow-up activity, and converting identified opportunities into measurable sales growth.

- Identifying opportunities to promote PAG’s MRO, component and supply chain capabilities to existing and prospective customers.

- Preparing and following up on quotes, processing sales orders and purchase orders, and managing customer communication and expectations throughout the entire process.

- Working closely with logistics staff to coordinate the picking, packing and shipment of orders to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

About You

- Previous sales and customer service experience within the aviation industry.

- Highly motivated, results-driven and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.

- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using CRM and inventory operating systems is desirable.
