Wildes Boutique Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor / Front of House Team Leader to join our growing team and help deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Located in the heart of the stunning Kangaroo Valley, Wildes Boutique Hotel offers a unique blend of luxury accommodation, warm country hospitality, and exceptional dining. Our restaurant showcases contemporary Australian cuisine with Mediterranean influences, celebrating the finest local and regional produce.

The Role

Available as Full-Time or Casual, this leadership position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys mentoring teams while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service.
- Support the Guest Services Team in delivering efficient check in and check out experiences as well as answering general guest enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist with restaurant setup, presentation, and operational standards.




- Take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Undertake ordering of stock and monthly stocktakes.
- Assist with team training and development where required.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
- Wine, cocktail, and fine dining knowledge highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy service environment.
- Current RSA certification and Food Handling Certificate.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
