Bapcor is seeking an experienced ITSM & Continuous Process Improvement Lead to drive service delivery excellence across its Technology function in Melbourne. You will own the evolution of the ITSM capability, with a robust focus on ServiceNow, automation and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the GM Technology Operations, you will partner with technology leaders, operations teams, service providers and stakeholders to uplift ITSM maturity and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
