As we build our operations from the ground up, we are seeking a dependable Casual Delivery Driver to join our team during this exciting growth phase.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Casual Delivery Driver to support our parcel collection operations. This is a flexible, on-call role — perfect for anyone looking to earn quick, reliable income around other commitments. You'll be contacted when a pickup is needed, working within a 9am–5pm window any day of the week, with each shift guaranteed a minimum of 3 hours' pay regardless of how long the actual job takes.

Working Hours

This is a flexible, on-call role operating 9am–5pm, any day of the week (Monday to Sunday). You'll be contacted when a parcel needs collecting, with each engagement guaranteed a minimum of 3 hours' pay — even if the pickup itself takes less time. A excellent option if you're looking to earn extra income with flexibility around your schedule.

Remuneration

This role is paid in accordance with the Road Transport and Distribution Award (MA000038), with a guaranteed minimum 3-hour payment per engagement.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Safely operate a company-provided Toyota HiAce (LWB) van to collect parcels, documents, and bulky items
n
- Respond promptly when contacted for a pickup during the 9am–5pm window
n
- Plan and execute efficient collection routes
n
- Handle and transport goods with care, including items up to 20kg
n
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent service when interacting with customers
n
- Conduct basic pre-shift vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
n
- Communicate availability clearly and respond promptly to shift call-outs
n

Skill & Experience

n

n
- Current, valid C-Class driver's licence (open/full licence preferred)
n
- A satisfactory driving history
n
- Prior experience driving larger vehicles (vans or similar) preferred but not essential
n
- Physically able to lift and carry items up to 20kg
n
- Own smartphone with the ability to use navigation applications
n
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
n
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive when called for a shift
