Four Point Therapy is a values-based allied health provider delivering holistic, person-centred services across the NDIS and more recently the TAC. We provide mobile, clinic-based and Telehealth Allied Health services, supporting Participants and clients through meaningful, high-quality therapy.

Our team has grown to 30 Therapists and staff, and we're now looking for a highly experienced Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator to take ownership of our finance function and become the go-to person for this area of the business.
This is an opportunity to bring your experience, ideas and initiative to a role where your contribution will genuinely matter. You'll work closely across different areas of the business, partnering with our administration, management and clinical teams to keep things running smoothly and identify opportunities to improve systems, optimise processes and support continued growth.

The position is full-time, with flexibility in how the role is structured and delivered. We're open to curating the role around the right candidate and their strengths while maintaining a full-time commitment.

About the Role:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across Four Point Therapy, ensuring our payroll, invoicing, reporting,
reconciliations and financial systems are accurate and well managed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Managing twice-weekly payroll and associated requirements
- Overseeing NDIS and TAC invoicing, reconciliation and funding administration
- Monitoring Participant funding and supporting accurate, transparent and ethical billing
- Following up outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing BAS/GST information and liaising with external accountants
- Supporting budgeting, cashflow tracking and financial planning
- Preparing weekly financial reporting for collaborative management meetings and providing insights to support decision-making
- Working closely across administration, management and clinical teams
- Supporting the finance and administration needs of 30 Therapists and staff
- Playing an active role in onboarding new Therapists and staff, guiding them through our billing, finance and administrative processes
- Providing ongoing support to the team around payroll, invoicing and internal processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows and efficiency as the business continues to grow
You'll have genuine ownership of your area while remaining closely connected with the wider team, with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape how our finance function evolves.
About You:
You're an experienced finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, working with people and making a positive contribution to the wider business.
You'll ideally bring:
- 3+ years' bookkeeping or finance administration experience, with significant experience highly regarded
- Strong bookkeeping skills across accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
- Strong proficiency in Xero
- Payroll processing and compliance experience
- Experience preparing financial and management reporting
- Strong understanding of NDIS billing, plans and invoicing
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine interest in continuous improvement and business growth
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence supporting and guiding team members through internal processes
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely across the wider business
- Alignment with our person-centred, ethical and values-based approach to service delivery
- Experience across the NDIS, allied health, healthcare, disability or community services, as well as Participant funding, process improvement or staff onboarding, would be highly regarded.
- A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain these, will also be required.
