The Bayswater Bar and Grill is located on the Esplanade overlooking the beautiful waters of Hervey Bay. We are seeking a person with an eye for detail, an outgoing personality and the ability to train and motivate the restaurant and cafe front of house team. A great opportunity to join our team. The Restaurant supervisor will report to the Duty Manager.

About the role

Requirements of this role are:-

- Previous experience in Hospitality - Restaurant and Cafe
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Working hours - Days, nights, weekends and public holidays, split shifts when required
- Exceptional Customer Service skills




- Ensure all services to guests are conducted in a highly professional manner
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Team worker with a vibrant, friendly personality
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Self motivated and organized
- Professional pride, honesty
- Accurate cash handling experience

Skills and experience

Experience and Knowledge

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - Qld
- Valuable communication skills - oral and interpersonal
- Ability to supervise staff and manage staff
- Ability to communicate well with all ages
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prepare basic desserts and refreshments
- Previous coffee shop or waiting experience
- Ability to correctly process sales transactions
