What you'll be doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring well-developed nursing skills, clinical knowledge, and professional expertise gained within outpatient and acute hospital settings, enabling you to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care across a diverse range of clinical environments.

Your strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities allow you to recognise patient needs, evaluate complex situations, and implement appropriate interventions to optimise patient outcomes. You consistently demonstrate sound clinical judgement and the ability to respond effectively to changing patient conditions while maintaining high standards of care.

You are an effective communicator with advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, supported by proficiency in the use of information technology and clinical documentation systems. Your ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals contributes to a team-oriented and respectful care environment.

You excel in planning, coordinating, and delivering outcome-focused patient care within multidisciplinary teams. By working collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals,



you ensure comprehensive care planning and continuity of care that supports the best possible outcomes for patients.

Adaptable and committed to meeting service needs, you are willing and able to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays, afternoon shifts, night duty, and weekend work. Your flexibility, resilience, and dedication to quality healthcare enable you to provide consistent and reliable care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
