MAYDAY Recruitmentis excited to be partnering withAustralia's largest funeral service providerto recruit a Marketing Coordinator on a 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple brands, campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in delivering marketing activity across a large portfolio of brands, coordinating campaigns, managing stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns and projects
- Working with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies and suppliers
- Supporting campaign execution across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinating marketing collateral, content and brand assets
- Assisting with events, sponsorships and community initiatives
- Managing campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices




- Maintaining project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting stakeholder communications across multiple brands and business units
- General marketing administration and project coordination

About You

- 3+ years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or similar role
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers or external partners
- Exposure to campaign reporting, analytics and performance tracking
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Highly Regarded

- Experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously
- Experience coordinating events, activations or sponsorships
- Exposure to CRM, email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools
- Canva experience
- Experience with purchase orders and invoice management
