We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our busy, privately owned practice in a permanent part time position from Monday to Thursday.

Yarra Smiles offers high-quality dentistry in a friendly environment.

This role suits a candidate with at least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant in Australia. Experience is preferable but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

- Chairside assistance and sterilisation duties
- Front office duties: answering calls, booking appointments, recalls, patient communication and processing payments, when required.
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, ensuring strict infection control procedures

Requirements:

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Reliable, polite, and committed to patient care
- Open to learning new technology
- Candidates with a Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting will be preferred.
