About the role

AtIDX Victoriawe are seeking an experienced full-timeCT Regional Leadtoprovideclinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers withinthe Westregion.

This role works both clinically and educationally, supporting newRadiographers, trainees, upskilling current CT staff, and helping optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols. This is a full-timepositionprimarily based at our Footscray Western Private Hospital (negotiable other west areas) clinic,withflexibilityto travel toourotherCTsites within the Region includingAltona, Williamstown, Spotswood, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee and Sydenham.

Reporting to theCT Managerand Regional Manager, this rolewill actively contribute to operational projects and business developmentinitiatives within the CT space. This includes assisting with equipment procurement, driving workflowimprovements, supporting protocol enhancements, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise servicedelivery and clinical outcomes.

This role works closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer RelationshipSpecialistsandrelevant internal support teams to promote safe CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patientcare.

ToBe SuccessfulYou’llNeed

- Minimum5years’ experienceinCTacross a wide range of CT examinations
- Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students
- Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows
- Ability to analyseCT services and operations and providecontinuousimprovements
- Willingness to travelbetween regional sites as needed
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor of MedicalImaging
- AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence
- Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
