MSAC Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Product Lead to lead the strategy, growth and success of our ADDIS platform.

This is more than a traditional Product Lead role. As part our small and innovative Leadership Team, you'll own the product roadmap, build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive AI-enabled innovation that delivers real business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the ADDIS product vision, roadmap and priorities.
n
- Translate customer, business and regulatory requirements into product outcomes.
n
- Lead product releases, enhancements and innovation initiatives.
n
- Build trusted client relationships and understand customer needs, challenges and industry trends.
n
- Drive customer adoption, retention and satisfaction.
n
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.
n
- Champion AI, automation and digital transformation opportunities.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers and technology partners to deliver results.
n
- Project manage client facing ADDIS projects

About You

n

n
- 3-5+ years' experience in Product Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar product-focused roles.
n
- Have developed innovative tech products before,



taking them from concept to market and passionately fuelling their accelerated growth.
n
- Proven experience owning and delivering successful innovative and data centric product roadmaps.
n
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Experience working in Agile and AI specification-driven environments.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and technology initiatives.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery of new product installations.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth, innovation and customer outcomes.
n
- Experience with AI-enabled and data processing products
