Responsibilities

- Lead software architecture and technical strategy across embedded, application and cloud-based systems.
- Provide hands-on software development, integration, debugging and deployment support.
- Drive software quality, reliability, scalability and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks and development processes.
- Support software verification, validation, traceability and documentation activities.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Experience

- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading software development activities for complex products or systems.




- Strong hands-on software engineering background.
- Experience defining software architecture and making system-level technical decisions.
- Embedded Linux, firmware or embedded systems experience.
- Strong programming experience in C/C++ and/or Python.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, CI/CD and automated testing.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and evolving engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

- Embedded Linux platforms and device driver development.
- FPGA or hardware/software integration experience.
- AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure exposure.
- DevOps and infrastructure automation experience.
- Cybersecurity and secure software development practices.
