Handpicked Wines is seeking a Vineyard Manager for our Bittern, Mornington Peninsula site. This role directs operations across 10 hectares of organic vineyards, guiding safety, quality, and production in close partnership with our Group Viticulturist and Winemaker on site.

You will develop daily vineyard programs, supervise staff, oversee machinery and irrigation, and manage pest control, crop estimates, and harvest scheduling, while maintaining Organic certification and OH&S; standards.
