Join a motivated and supportive team working across major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring secure and efficient daily operations.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 12 months' experience in civil earthworks or mining
- Experience operating one or more of the following:
Graders, Dozers, Loaders, Compactors, Skid Steers, Excavators, Watercarts
- Relevant RII competencies
- Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a range of plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Conduct civil works including cut/fill,



trimming, compaction, haulage, and general earthmoving
- Maintain haul roads and work areas to safe operating standards
- Complete pre-start checks, report defects, and ensure machinery is well maintained
- Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
