Espresso@theWesley is looking for a confident and reliable Barista to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, primarily across weekday morning and daytime trade. Located on Level 2 of The Wesley Hospital, the café is open Monday to Friday, 5:30am–4:30pm, serving quality coffee, breakfast, lunch and desserts to hospital staff, patients, visitors and local customers.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high-quality espresso coffees consistently during busy periods
- Perform coffee calibration, grinding and milk texturing
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
- Maintain valuable attention to detail and pride in presentation
About you
- Experience with coffee calibration, grinding and milk texturing
- The ability to consistently produce high-quality coffees during busy periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
