We are in search of an ambitious Cook with aspirations to make their way up the ladder. If you are self-motivated & well organised individual who loves to work in quick paced fun environment, then we would like to hear from you.

The successful applicants will:

- Experience or a passion for menu creation.
- Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
- Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain the portioning food levels.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.




- Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment(grill/oven).

Position-Full Time (38hours/week)

Salary-$75,000 to $80,000 a year plus Super

Experience - Minimum 1-2 years

Qualification -Cert 3 in commercial Cookery or equivalent

Preference will be given to Australian Citizens/PR
