Reporting to the warehouse manager, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can operate autonomously and has exceptional attention to detail. This is a newly appointed position and will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, accurately and safely.

Key responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing freight and deliveries
- Load and unload freight and containers
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
- Ensure orders are correctly labelled,



packed and ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
- Work collaboratively with the broader warehouse and operations team
- Forklift and lifter driving

- Physically capable of undertaking a hands-on warehouse role
- Strong time-management skills and can prioritise workloads
- Takes pride in maintaining an organised and effective warehouse
- Reliable, punctual and committed to a permanent position
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, fit and reliable
- Strength in attention to detail and proactive
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and works confidently and autonomously
- Ability to take direction and feedback from senior management
- Previous warehouse experience including pick and pack, freight and stock control (ideal)
