Customer Experience Consultant - Full Time & Part Time Available

We’re looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Brisbane based team on full-time basis. This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, supporting customers across multiple channels and making every interaction count!

What you'll be doing

- Providing personalised support across multiple customer channels, including phone, email, live chat and social media.
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
- Processing customer transactions, returns, payments and account updates.
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes within our CRM system.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.

What we're looking for





- Contact centre or equivalent high-volume customer service experience.
- Experience handling customer enquiries across phone and written channels.
- Experience working within CRM or case management systems.
- Proven customer problem-solving and resolution experience.
