Rodd & Gunn Store Manager - Myer Indooroopilly

Rodd & Gunn is seeking a committed and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship store located within Myer Indooroopilly, Queensland. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role based in our Indooroopilly location.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Coach, motivate and develop a talented retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability, while enhancing the brand's in-store presence
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular performance reports and analytics to support business decision-making

What we're looking for

- Significant experience (3+ years) in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sectors




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing a retail team
- Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement business improvements
- Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
