The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of general freight throughout Townsville and surrounding regional areas. This position offers a combination of driving, customer interaction, and hands-on freight handling.

You will play an key part in maintaining service standards while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Deliver general freight throughout Townsville and surrounding areas
- Complete multi- deliveries safely and efficiently
- Load and unload freight as required
- Conduct daily vehicle and pre-start safety checks
- Complete run sheets and delivery documentation accurately




- Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery point
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and Chain of Responsibility requirements

What We re Looking For

- Current HC Licence, with a minimum of 2 years experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Townsville region
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of load restraint practices
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
