About the role

You will plan, capture, edit and publish marketing content that showcases our floral designs, completed events and creative process. Combining hands‑on production with marketing judgment, you will create consistent, engaging content that strengthens our brand presentation and supports client enquiries.

The role is based in West Ryde and includes attending weddings, venues and event installations across Sydney to capture marketing content. Weekend work is the primary working arrangement. Shifts from Friday to Sunday may start as early as 5:30 am, depending on event schedules.

What you will do

- Develop content plans and calendars aligned with bridal, event and seasonal marketing priorities.
- Plan and capture original photography and video of floral arrangements, wedding styling, event installations and behind‑the‑scenes preparation.
- Edit and adapt content into reels, stories, posts and other formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and website use.
- Write captions, website and gallery copy, and campaign content that reflects our brand and speaks to prospective clients.
- Schedule and publish content,



maintaining consistent visual presentation and messaging across digital channels.
- Coordinate content capture with florists, event staff, stylists, venues and other collaborators.
- Monitor relevant bridal, floral and social media trends and apply suitable ideas to our content.
- Maintain an organised archive of photographs, videos, edited assets, captions and published content.
- Review content performance, engagement and audience response, and use those insights to improve future content.

What you will bring

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Media Production, Business or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated practical experience creating, editing and publishing digital marketing content.
- A portfolio showing your photography, video editing, short‑form social content and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with relevant content creation and editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or Canva.
- Working knowledge of social media publishing, content scheduling and platform analytics.
- Solid written English, visual judgment and an understanding of how content supports brand awareness and customer enquiries.
- The ability to organise shoots, manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively around event schedules. Availability for primarily weekend work and starts as early as 5:30 am from Friday to Sunday is required.
- Experience in bridal, events, floristry, lifestyle or another visually led industry is desirable.

- A full‑time role paying $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
