- Work across commercial, multi-storey/high-rise, strata, industrial and complex built environments.

Position

- Mostly autonomous role in field WFH and office based.
- Inspect and certify fire measures & works across a Sydney portfolio.
- Verify work completed in conjunction w techs actioning work orders.
- Conduct verification and assessments of applicable essential fire safety measures.
- Assess measures within your relevant FPAS accreditation categories.
- Complete assessments required to support compliance and regulations.
- Review works, existing documentation, previous reports and building information.
- Ensure fire safety measures meet compliance and quality assurance.
- Liaise with building owners, strata managers, facility managers, technicians and contractors.
- Work across commercial, high-rise, strata, industrial and other built environments.
- Generous salary band between $150k - $200k + car + super
- Autonomy and flexibility enabled, WFH sometimes and from office.

Experience needed

- Current FPAS Accreditations across several fire safety measures.
- Experience completing fire inspections/certification in NSW.
- Understanding of essential fire safety measures and fire safety schedules.
- Experience within similar commercial, strata, high-rise, industrial or built environments.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and fire regulations.
- Ability to identify defects and clearly communicate required rectification works.
- Strong reporting, documentation and compliance skills.
- Confident dealing with clients, strata & facility managers, technicians & stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage site inspections and multiple assessments.
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel to sites throughout Sydney

Sydney based role full time perm, FPAS Accreditation is required to be suitable.
