If required you’ll be mentored directly by our Founder and Principal Broker, Jazmin Griffin, who brings 19+ years in the finance industry, backed by a support team already in place. This isn't a "sink or swim" desk. It's a genuine opportunity to grow a career and a client base with real support behind you and unlimited income cap.

Build and manage your own client base with mentorship and support

About you

A broker already in the industry or ideally someone with a finance or banking background

Someone in sales with a strong customer service focus

Genuine drive to bring in business and grow your own network

A team player who thrives with support in a team environment

A desire for mentorship, structure, and a long-term career in the industry

Friendly, personable, and a genuine team player





Comfortable with basic systems such as Word, email, and OneNote
