As a Senior Mine Engineer at Wolfram Limited, you will play a key technical and operational role in maintaining and optimising mining operations. You will be responsible for developing mine plans, providing technical input into mine design and infrastructure, and ensuring safety standards are upheld across all activities. Key responsibilities

- Maintain and enforce mine safety standards across all activities
- Develop short, medium and long term mine plans to guide operations
- Provide technical input into mine design, waste dump planning, infrastructure and other mining related activities
- Optimise pit design for maximum resource recovery and operational efficiency
- Review mining methods and equipment to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Monitor and analyse mining costs to support effective budgeting and cost control
- Manage mining and ore haulage contracts to ensure compliance and productivity




- Achieve targeted production levels through effective planning and execution
- Provide general engineering and technical support to mining operations

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- At least five years' experience in the mining industry, specifically within open pit operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Deswik and Surpac mining software is highly regarded
- Robust dedication to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S;) standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
