As the practice continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join the leadership team.

This is a key role responsible for providing leadership across the practice, supporting team performance and ensuring the continued delivery of an outstanding patient experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy dental practice and provide strong leadership across the team.

Working closely with the Practice Owners, Principal Dentist, Clinical Coordinator and wider team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient systems, supporting team performance, enhancing the patient experience and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

This is a key leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, solutions-focused and confident managing people, operations and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
- Lead, support and motivate clinical and administrative team members
- Manage staff rosters, leave requests and daily staffing requirements
- Coordinate patient flow, appointments and operational resources
- Monitor KPIs, productivity and business performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development initiatives
- Maintain stock control,



supplier relationships and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant workplace, privacy and infection-control requirements
- Assist with business improvement projects and practice growth initiatives
- Support the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service standards

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Previous experience in practice management, operations management or senior team leadership
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, workflows and competing priorities
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences
- Current Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

- Previous dental practice management experience
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
- Diploma of Practice Management, Leadership and Management or similar qualification
- Experience using EXACT dental software
- Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment coordination and accreditation requirements
- Experience with payroll coordination, HR processes and performance management
