About the Role:

Within this role, you’ll focus on customer acquisition through exciting event-based marketing – think trade shows, expos, kiosk pop-ups, and major events. You’ll proudly represent some of Australia’s most loved not-for-profits, connecting with customers through direct, face-to-face conversations that make an impact.

Who we’re looking for:

- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations with confidence and outstanding service.
- Motivated to exceed KPIs and thrive on achieving goals.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to utilise your communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to giving & receiving feedback.
- Strong people management skills. Comfortable in a leadership position.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week minimum.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and access to a car (preferred, but not essential)
- Must be over 18 (Client Requirement) — Junior casuals welcome to apply!
