Experienced Estimator (Shopfitting & Joinery)

Please note: This is a full-time office-based position. Candidates must be able to work from our Wetherill Park office in Sydney.

We are a growing construction company specialising in commercial fitouts and joinery, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and play an important role in preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Reviewing construction, architectural and joinery drawings
- Preparing quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
- Pricing materials, labour and subcontractor costs
- Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Preparing project estimates and tender submissions
- Assisting with variations, cost planning and project budgeting




- Working closely with Project Managers and the wider team

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Fitouts and/or Joinery is highly desirable
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience with quantity take-offs, estimating and tender pricing
- Positive knowledge of construction materials and subcontractor costs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
