A growing builder is looking for a Contract Administrator to take ownership of a 40-unit social housing development in Eagleby. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a sole CA role on a $15m project, with a larger project already in the pipeline.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, making it an ideal role for someone looking to progress into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all contract administration duties from procurement through to final accounts
- Let and manage subcontracts, including variations and progress claims
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management
- Work closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
