Divya Agriculture Management Pty Ltd ATF M H Patel Family Trust Our company is seeking an Agricultural and Agritech Technician to support crop production and farm operations through technical expertise and modern agricultural technology. The role involves crop and soil monitoring, data collection, farm technology, irrigation, machinery, and improving agricultural practices.

Task & responsibilities

- Examine soil, farmland and crop conditions and identify potential production issues.
- Collect and analyse agricultural, crop and field data and prepare reports.
- Assist with improved methods of planting, fertilising, spraying and harvesting.
- Monitor crops for weeds, pests, diseases and other health issues.
- Provide technical support for agricultural machinery, sensors and farm technology.
- Install, test, operate and maintain agricultural technology and equipment.
- Support irrigation, crop monitoring and farm production activities.
- Assist with quality assessment of harvested produce.
- Maintain accurate technical, production and compliance records.




- Provide practical technical advice to farm management on production processes and technology.

Qualification & experience

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agritech or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in crop production, agricultural technology, soil/crop monitoring or farm operations.
- Knowledge of irrigation, fertilising, spraying, pest and disease management and crop production practices.
- Ability to collect, analyse and report agricultural and production data.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, communication and record-keeping skills.
