Bar Nova in Canberra is building its kitchen from the ground up and seeks experienced chefs to join the opening team. You’ll work closely with the owner and Head Chef to design and deliver a cohesive, seasonal menu that can be executed by a tight brigade.

This hands-on, service-focused role places you on the line, contributing ideas and maintaining consistency, prep, and cleanliness with no exceptions. You’ll help shape Bar Nova’s culinary direction from day one.
