You’ll use your clinical assessment and nursing skills to support children and their families throughout their care journey, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide secure, high-quality and patient-centred nursing care to paediatric patients.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based nursing practice.
- Monitor patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical, legal and regulatory requirements.
What you need
- Registered Nurse with minimum of 2 years acute nursing experience.
- Previous paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.
