The ideal candidate will be an experienced wine sales professional with strong local networks, demonstrated customer service and sales management skills. Leading by example you will service and grow a portfolio of established accounts and personally drive new business for revenue growth.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years' wine industry sales experience with a passion for wine and the hospitality sector
- Excellent knowledge of both ‘on-premise’ and independent retail markets, backed by proven, established customer relationships
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated experience achieving commercial targets
- Well-presented, reliable, organised, and possessing excellent wine knowledge
- Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales achievement




- Willingness to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team environment
- A proven track record of using energy and enthusiasm to deliver excellent sales results

Key responsibilities

- Developing new business opportunities within an established area in both on-premise and retails channels.
- Driving incremental growth within existing territory accounts.
- Achieving an agreed set of KPI's including realistic monthly sales targets
- Working closely with State Manager to ensure all wine brands in the portfolio are fully represented.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, solid communicator, who demonstrates a high level of integrity and honesty, and is organized and professionally presented.
