Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM, particularly in ServiceNow CMDB. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, focusing on CMDB functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.




- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, with a focus on CMDB.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Glide, REST APIs, and integration capabilities.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
