Occupier advisory is tenant representation for commercial office tenants. We act for the occupier, never the landlord, and our job is to get our clients into the right space on the best possible terms.

The role has two halves. The first is finding the work. The second is delivering it. You own both, from the first conversation with a prospect through to the day they sign and beyond.

Your clients are businesses, typically with 40 or more staff, and the people you deal with are usually the CEO, CFO or head of operations. Finding the work means outreach, calls, meetings and genuine business development, backed by an extensive database and the systems we have built to support it. Delivering the work means taking a client through our process end to end: understanding what their business actually needs from an office, searching the market, shortlisting options, running the negotiation and landing an outcome they could not have achieved on their own.

You do not need commercial property experience. We will teach you the technical side, which is the part most people find intimidating and the part we are genuinely positive at training. What we cannot teach is the ability to pick up the phone, get in front of someone and build trust quickly.

Key responsibilities





Win new client work through outreach, business development and face to face meetings

Take clients through the full tenant representation process, from brief to signed lease

Work within an already high performing team of workplace strategists, occupier advisors and fitout construction experts.

Search the market, shortlist options and inspect buildings with clients

Negotiate lease terms and commercial outcomes on the client's behalf

Build and maintain long term relationships with occupiers across Brisbane

Keep your pipeline and client records current in our CRM

About you

You build rapport easily and people trust you quickly

You are a self starter who does not need to be chased

You enjoy meeting people in person

You are comfortable prospecting and are not put off by a cold call

You are commercially minded and curious about how businesses actually operate

You are organised enough to run several client processes at once

A background in sales, recruitment, residential or commercial property, or another relationship driven industry is ideal, though we care more about attitude than resume

Renumeration is via a base salary with substantial commissions.
