Ascot Air Facilities Pty Ltd Working closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering high-quality mechanical installations while maintaining strong safety and workmanship standards. What

You’ll Be Doing

- Installing sheet metal ductwork, versatile ductwork, A/C units, fans, grilles and mechanical systems
- Reading and interpreting mechanical and construction drawings
- Liaising professionally with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders on-site
- Assisting with site measurements and installation planning
- Ordering materials and coordinating equipment requirements
- Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to company WH&S; policies
- Supporting the successful delivery of commercial HVAC projects across South East Queensland

Task & responsibilities

- Installing sheet metal ductwork, flexible ductwork, A/C units, fans, grilles and mechanical systems
- Reading and interpreting mechanical and construction drawings
- Liaising professionally with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders on-site




- Assisting with site measurements and installation planning
- Ordering materials and coordinating equipment requirements
- Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to company WH&S; policies
- Supporting the successful delivery of commercial HVAC projects across South East Queensland

Qualification & experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role
- Certificate III in a relevant trade or apprenticeship preferred
- Proven experience in commercial sheet metal and/or ductwork installation
- Strong understanding of mechanical services installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans
- Experience working on commercial construction sites
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients and contractors
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver’s licence (preferred)
