Key responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the business, the role includes:

- provide market and business insights and support the business on financial modelling for business proposals and decision support
- analyze monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on variances
- manage the annual budgeting process and analyze economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
- partner with business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- prepare ad hoc presentations for the COO and CFO




- strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems
- this is a stand alone role initially with the opportunity to recruit a small team within the next 12 months

The Person

- you will be CA/CPA qualified and have 10 + years experience working in a commercial finance role including FP&A; in a capital intensive industry.
- prior property development experience is highly desirable
- solid financial modelling and analysis skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
