Kennedy Reid is partnering with a growing national services business in Victoria to appoint a senior People & Culture leader. You will own the P&C; function, shape strategy and lead ER, performance management and recruitment across Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate sites.
You will spend about half your time at the St Kilda Road office and travel to operational sites, partnering with the Managing Director and leaders to drive engagement, culture and workforce planning.
