We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a major digital transformation program and help turn complex datasets into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on analytics role combining Power BI development, data modelling, reporting, stakeholder engagement and data quality . You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical analytics solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting, analytical and operational requirements.




- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, patterns and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, visualisations, KPIs and performance measures.
- Translate business requirements into data and reporting specifications.
- Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions.
- Validate data quality, accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Work with Data Engineers and Architects to improve data governance and usability.
- Support UAT, report validation and implementation.
- Develop analytical models and decision-support reporting.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and business processes.

You’ll also be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Microsoft certifications across Power BI, Azure or Fabric would be advantageous but are not essential.
