Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Performance, Leadership and Capability Coordinator to join Human Resources, People Services, Administrative Division.

The Performance, Leadership and Capability Coordinator supports the Senior Consultants and Manager, Performance, Leadership and Capability in the design, management, delivery and evaluation of workshops, programs and bespoke interventions which build performance, empower leaders and cultivate engagement.This position reports to the Manager, Performance, Leadership and Capability for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed

- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in education, organisational psychology, human resources or a related area in conjunction with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated skills in the design, delivery and facilitation of contemporary organisational, capability development, or other HR-related programs.
- Strong digital literacy skills with the ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Proven written and interpersonal skills for communicating effectively and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including senior and executive leaders.
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail and organisational skills cognisant of strategic priorities, policies and other relevant contextual factors.
- Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for outcomes, problem solving and exercising judgement to proactively identify and circumvent issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
