About the role

Our client is hiring are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead for the NSW/ACT Business Unit in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of P&C; professionals while partnering with business leaders across major projects and operational business units. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services, managing complex people matters and helping drive business performance through effective people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading and developing a team of P&C; practitioners spanned across the NSW/ACT Business Unit.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance and organisational change matters.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex and high-risk people issues.
- Coaching leaders to build capability and improve people outcomes.
- Supporting workforce planning, project mobilisation and business transformation initiatives.




- Partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and manage people risk.

About you

You are an experienced P&C; leader with solid experience in business partnering within the construction, oil and gas, utilities or infrastructure sectors.

- Significant HR/P&C; experience in a senior advisory or business partnering role.
- Proven leadership and people development capability.
- Strong employment relations knowledge and case management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A practical, commercially focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, mining, utilities or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
