TRICON is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and help drive the next stage of growth across our business.

We operate across the crushing, screening, recycling, quarrying and construction materials industries , representing leading international equipment brands and operating across Australia.

We don't want someone who simply maintains our social media accounts.

We want a marketer who can help us sell.

Someone commercially minded, energetic and creative who understands how to turn great products, equipment and projects into campaigns that generate enquiries, opportunities and ultimately sales .

THE ROLE

You will take responsibility for TRICON's marketing strategy and execution, including:

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and digital content
- Equipment photography and video
- Creating individual campaigns around machines and product releases
- Email marketing and customer campaigns
- Website content and improvement
- Google and digital advertising
- Trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Brochures, specifications and sales collateral
- Working closely with our sales team and OEM partners




- Building stronger awareness of the TRICON brand nationally
- Measuring campaign performance, enquiries and ROI

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is:

- Commercially driven
- Creative and full of ideas
- Highly organised
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong with digital and social media marketing
- Excellent at written communication
- Capable of producing high-quality content
- Interested in machinery, construction, quarrying or heavy industry
- Focused on generating measurable business results
- Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, mining, quarrying, agriculture or another industrial B2B market would be highly regarded.
- Most importantly, we want someone who wants to take ownership .

This is an prospect to build and lead the marketing function within a number of established Australian businesses with ambitious plans for growth.
