Job Description

Ethos is seeking experienced creative directors to help train an AI model on qualified documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) and a compensation of $80/hour, with ASAP start and self-managed schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, plus a strong portfolio and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
